At times, we all experience problems with our internet, and these may arise in different forms.
Sometimes this may be due to your hosting servers, and other times it may be your ADSL lines.
What to do when you’re experiencing problems connecting to the internet & sending and receiving emails:
When you cannot connect to the internet this is more than likely a problem with your ADSL line. Restart your router, and try connecting again. If the problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider.
What to do when you can connect to the internet, but are having problems with your emails:
When you can connect to the internet, but are having trouble with emails, this is a problem with your hosting service provider. Complete the following steps before contacting you hosting service provider (Lola House of Design)
- Restart your router & computer and check that all your settings are correct (email)
- If the problem persists, go to the following website: www.whatsmyip.org
- Write down the code/number at the top of the page and give this detail over the phone when contacting Lola House of Design, or send it to us via email.
